Hi From England!!!

OK we have a problem with remote locking... one day it sort of hesitated to work then went back to normal.. then very next day it failed to work and that is how it remains now - no matter what we have tried.. it does not open or lock remotely.

We have tried putting new battery into key fob

we have tried reprogramming - you know the lock car manually 3 times trick

We have check all the switches in hood and boot and nothing looks untoward...

We checked with the dealership and they said the key was functioning fine... (but they wanted to keep the car for the whole day to check the remote!!!)

It has happened before I checked with the previous owner and he said he took it to the garage and they fixed it foc... so I cant imagine its a big thing that has gone wrong

Has anyone got any ideas?

Have you actually looked through the pass through into the boot and see that the light isn't on?

Well i did and light is off, haven't got second fob to try, is there any way to check the fob by myself? (dealer say it work but this was just brief check )
