Power steering and other issues, lemon law

I purchased my 2004 rx-8 used in February of 2005 with around 9k on it. Right now it approximately has 49k miles. It was relatively trouble free up untuil the 46-47k mark. I had a few issues with water in the tailights, motor mounts, and some recalls, but nothing major.
A few months ago however, the power steering went out. Took it to the dealership and they fixed it. Took about to weeks to get it fixed.
Worked fine for a moth or so and then went out again. Took them a little over a week to fix that.
About a month later (which was about two weeks ago) it goes out again. It's been at the dealership since last Monday. I got a call last Thursday and was told that the power steering is fixed but they wanted to put a few miles on it before they give it back. They asked me for permission whether one of the techs could take it home for the night and bring it back in the morning since its about a 60 mile round trip for him and that would be sufficient. I said no problem.
On Friday I get a call saying that the car started bogging down on the highway and that the cat fell apart. I finally get a call back today, they installed a new cat but now they are getting misfires. I am supposed to get a call back when they know whats going on.

As far as the power steering goes its becoming a chronic problem that's really starting to **** me off. Everytime i take the car back to the dealership its there for at least a week, sometimes way more. No to mention its really hard to drive before taking it in, and practically impossible to park. If they fix everything now and the issues are gone forever I'll be happy.

My question is if the power steering goes out again can I pursue the lemon law? Would I qualify for it? I searched a little but didnt find a definate answer yet. My warranty is about to end as well. It ends June 30th or in about 1k miles. I dont want all hell to break loose now and the car to start falling apart.
Sorry for the long post, any suggestions are appreciated.

It could just be that harness connector is corroded/dirty.
Do you know if they have replaced the power harness?

Yes the harness has been replaced, re-soldered, CRH even did it for me.

I think you're out of luck as far as the Lemon Law goes.

Dealers warrantee their work, typically 12month/12,000 miles. They may charge you each time they try to fix it, but they should never charge you for the same parts/labor to repair it twice in their repair warrantee period. Ask the service manager about their work guarantee.
