My 04 with ~70K had been extremely sluggish and after doing some reading on this site I figured I needed a new cat.

So I made a short video to show what my car was doing prior to fixing it. It would not rev past 8K and struggled to accelerate in any gear but first.

I should have taken a picture to show you exactly what was wrong, the front piece of the catalyst (not sure on the actual name of it) was broken and turned sideways up against the rear catalyst, beyond the 02 sensor. I had a cel with error code P0139 I believe. I know I could have taken it to the dealership and had it replaced for free, but I had already planned on getting a high flow. So for now I'm running with a gutted cat, but plan on ordering the Rotary Performance cat very soon.
