New engine won't stop stalling....
I have a 2005 rx-8, we recently put a remanufactured engine in the car, replaced the oil injectors, motor mounts, got bhr coils, after installing the engine it kept dying at idle, we searched the forums and did the resetting of the ecu - break peddle 20 times in 8 seconds, the button on the odometer and unplugged the negative battery terminal for 10 minutes etc. And it will run fine for a time, but then seems to go back to dying at every red light at idle, I have recently replaced the starter and the fuel pump as well.
Modifications to engine/tranny: k&n typhoon intake, bhr ultra lightweight flywheel, bhr coils, agency power exhaust, unorthodox pulleys.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My brother and I did the engine install, I bought the remanufactured engine from the Mazda dealership. We had diagnosis on the vac , etc. After the engine was completed by the dealership as well, which came back just fine. They told me to replace the upstream o2 sensor, which we did with a Bosch.

Sometimes it seems to perform very well above idle, where other times it seems to be sluggish when accelerating in 1st gear, like I'll push on the gas and it will accelerate slowly, or the rpms will dwindle down and die.
Maybe the ecu needs to learn all the mods that were done with it with the new engine? Fuel curves, etc?

The 4 yellow ones go in the secondary rail and they are all the same...so unless you put red ones where the yellows should go that won't be the issue
Check the plugs for the rear primary injector and the Rear Sec injectors....those are the ones that seem to get mixed up more often
