Navigation Issues

Hello all,

I recently installed a K&N Typhoon Intake System in my car on Wed April 1st. I disconnected the negative terminal in my battery along with the mass air sensor electrical connection. After the installation was done I connected everything back together. However, my navigation seems to be a lot dimmer/darker than what it used to when I start and drive my car. However, when I leave my key in the ignition system at the "on" position (not cranked) my navigation is back to what it used to be (brighter). Also the audio in my radio can only be heard on the left F/R speakers. I know disconnecting the battery had something to do with this but is there a way to make this back to normal? Or is the car trying to re-learn itself after the two disconnection? Should I wait and see after a few drives? Any suggestions is appreciated. I have an GT 04 AT.....

I figured it out after reading the manual (should have done that the first place). The problem was when I turn on my headlights it turns into night mode therefore its dark but when my headlights arent turned on its in the day mode.....
