You posted just fine. See the announcement for the restriction limits.
Edit: I don't see any users by that name.
You don't mention coils, you don't mention that the ess profile was reset. Those are two of the basics to cover before we get more exotic with possibilities.

Try using some punctuation, it's difficult to disect your posts into what you are actually trying to say. At some point we won't care to try to help if you don't care enough to put some effort into being clear.
Ok, coils and ESS profile can be crossed off the list.
The next likely problem is that your fuel injectors are connected incorrectly. It is a common mistake made during engine replacements.

I did not even think of that. Would that cause my car to run fine up until that rpm range? how do i tell if they are incorrect as i did not do the install myself some crack pipe did! Sorry about typing!

It could, depending on how they were incorrectly connected.

Check all vacuum lines, inspect the UIM gasket points for vacuum leaks (pinches, carbon marking, etc...). You could clean all the intake valves at the same time, but I'd guess that they aren't your problem.

I honestly never messed with them, I can't tell you for sure. You can probably find the answer with some google site searches though.
