Hey guys i dont know if anyone hear has had this issue but i have the greddy turbo kit on my car then i decided to install a mid pipe. the car drove fine for a few weeks then it started to smoke i mean bad, but only when i come to a stop not all the time. it does not smoke when i drive or boost. the car is running rich. I also had a issue when i drove my 8 from san diego to hemet, i had oil over my engine bay that i think came from the oil overflow line from the filler that runs to the greddy filter, so i think some of that was sucked into the turbo so it could of ran into the engine but that was weeks before i insalled the mid pipe. the hard start began after i installed the bhr ignition kit. it starts good with the stock ignition. Any input that could help me would be apreciated. i do plan on dyno tuning again in about 1 week. that is the only thing that i can think of. it is running real rich.

so i had the compession test done front rotor has106 and the rear is at 114. and i dont know what oil line i have i bought the greddy kit used. if the turbo seals are bad would it not smoke under boost?

the turbo does make some noise before it starts to boost. so the turbo could be bad maybe its time to upgrade.

its like a winding noise without the turbo boosting.

i will get that orderd and get it rebuilt. i guess the only thing im really wanting to fix is the somke for now. the hard start i can deal with, since i dont drive it all the time. once its driving it works fine and it always starts.
