Well I have read in the past about the poor performance of the AC in the 8's. I have an 05 AT and have had good results with my AC until lately. I am assuming I have a leak and will get that checked next, gasp. However, has anyone ran into this odd occurance...

Most of the refrig has leaked out of the system so I tried to charge the system with the self kits. Worked well for a few more weeks. Then it was out again, figured I had some left from the first time and filled it again. Well now I got hot air out of the driver side vents, the one on the left at the door and the left vent of two on the center console. The other vent on the center and the passenger door area one air ice cold! It almost seems as if there is a dual climate control function in these cars that is stuck for me. It has done that for a few weeks but now the cold is getting warmer and the pressure is going down.

Time to check for the leak but I thought that the hot and cold air together at the same time was odd. I did have my controller changed last year under warrenty because the heat would not ever come on! Since it is blowing both, hot and cold at the same time makes me think that there is something odd in there!

Any ideas?
