i keep having problems with my clutch and need some feedback... last year march of 2009 at 29k miles i had clutch master slave cylinder replaced under warranty... i think thats what it was called i will have to check cuz my reciepts so correct me if i said it wrong.... then in december 2010 i fried my clutch.... and if it was my fault i would live with it, but what happened was that the pedal released and was disengaged but the something was not working and it was as if the clutch was pressed in.... before i realized this due to the smell clutch was slipping so had to replace.... now yesterday my clutch pedal again is broken .... as i was pulling out of my driveway and put it into 1st the pedal snapped and is now out of position and impossible to drive the car.... i willl have car towed to dealer and see what they say,,,
does anyone have any theories about what can be wrong with the clutch....
also did anyone ever try using the lemon laws ??
any inputs would be greatly aprreciated...


also i forgot to mention my rear link suspension which snapped on the 294 going around 70mph causing me to swirve around and almost crash before i found a spot to pull over cuz there was construction everywhere ... isnt the rear link suspension supposed to last longer than the car itself.... mazda told me they wont honor the part under warranty because they never saw something like this happen before..... arguing didnt help and they blamed my 15% tire thread as an excuse which has nothing to do with it.... has anyone else ever had this problem
