Clutch Pressure Variance

Recently my RX has been to develop changes in the clutch pedal feel and pressure. First thing in the morning when it is cool, the pedal is firm and communicative. Middle of the day when the car is warm, the pedal is spongy and has about and inch or two of dead space at the beginning of the travel.

I would like to make it so that the cold driving experience is how it behaves all of the time. My shifts are much more crisp and smooth when I am not guessing about clutch engagement.

Has anyone else experienced this? Does this indicate the need to flush the lines?
