Exclamation carb build up? looks like mud

I changed my plugs and my rear plugs had some crap that kinda looked like mud or carb build up. Could it be I lost a oil seal? or would that starve the rotor and I would lose compression? the plugs wires are in the right spots and the plugs are new, I just put them in
What could it be? how do I get rid of it? seafoam?
The odd thing is my friend just had his rebuilt and has the same issue
I was hoping I would not have to rebuild till after 100, miles gerrr. Who wants to rebuil my engine?

That's how plugs in a Renesis look.

It's combustion deposits, if it's brown like mud, that means you are OK, if wet, black, oily or white, you have trouble.

The deposits build up because the plug sits in a little tunnel and doesnt see a lot of swirl, they can get really thick and crusty(!).

I don't try to clean them off (well I have but I always break some of the ceramic) I just replace.

Crusty is good, and if it's thick and nasty, it's time for new plugs.....

Ok thanks guys.
So mine are not wet just brown and crusty. But my friend has wet plugs and my other friend has white plugs.
Why is wet bad? is it the oil seal?
Please tell me why wet is bad?

Plugs should be getting hot enough to where "wet" is not happening. Wet oily plugs mean either a misfire is occuring, or poor oil control, or a plug with a heat range that is way too cold.

Just to eliminate a few things:

1. What kind of air filtration system to you use, where is it located, what kind of air filter
2. I see you have "Nevada" as your home/location. Are you near lots of dirt and sand debris?
3. How has the power of your motor been lately?

I pulled a set of plugs and they were damn discolored but with no deposits really at all. Really, though, that was not a good thing. I was probably running the car too lean in spots and burning everything out. The centers of the plugs were heavily eroded. I added some fuel to the tune and next time I pulled a set of plugs, they were nice and crapped up.

1. I have the K&N V2 Intake but I always clean it after a windy day. I take dame good care of my 8 and I am always on the upkeep.
2. Yes, Las Vegas NV is full of dust and dirt
3. Always been strong. Was out racing with my friend the other day and again when I changed the plugs. Car had no issues what so ever.
