Blinking CEL at 6000+ rpm

i just got my car flashed and had an oil gasket (crank seal) changed. Get in my car drive for a few minutes slowly, and then when warmed up i punch it, drives fine. I look down i have a flashing CEL. I pull over 10 seconds later the CEL goes away. I pay attention as i slowly accelerate and the CEL comes on at 6000rpm on the dot. Car drives fine above and below 6000rpm, and i drove below 6000rpm all the way home. Clearly im gonna take the car in on tuesday (memorial day is monday). Anyone have any hint of an idea on just whats going on here?

Did they forget to plug in the APV? or one of the vacuum lines for the Secondary Solenoids. Check for loose wires / loose vacuum lines.
