ASWI-JACK steering wheel INT

Did anyone get the ASWI-JACK steering wheel INT to go with their Metra dash kit? did anyone install this without any problems? I am trying to intall a Alpine W200 and can't seem to program it, and called them for customer support and got nothing, still stuck, can anyone help me? LMK
