Unhappy any AT owners that can help me?

I have a 2005 AT RX-8... Car is amazing except two problems: the brakes squeal sometimes, and i know there was service bulletin, but it still squeals wondering if anyone can help me out with that...

2nd when i'm driving sometimes i heard like this weird noise, sounds like as if you were rattling a keychain... it doesnt happen all the time, but it happens to often for such a good car...It happens whether i'm driving at low speeds or high speeds, and or at low RPM or high RPM..... Yet, the only possible way that ive concluded to stopping this noise is to actually put the car into neutral gear, then when i put it out of neutral the noise sometimes appears and sometimes doesnt... can anyone help me? ive tried to bring it to the dealer, but everytime i bring it the car somehow magically fixes itself... driving me F****** crazy!

for the brake you should change the rotors cause the oem ones will always make noise no matter what. i used to have that problem too until i changed to cross drilled and slotted rotors. and i dont really know whats with the rattling with your car...it might be the inside of the door or something so crank up the music and see if you can find the rattles. good luck

What octane gas are you using? I had a rattle on acceleration that was coming from bad gasoline.

I know this thread is old, but i've got this exact problem with my brakes anytime i start driving the car abit.

It's driving me nuts cas its embarrassing for such a sweet car that has every1 breaking their necks to see. So imma get this problem sorted out asap.

That simply means the dealership did *not* fix it right in the first place.

You can either go back there and bitch, or just buy another set of pads and have someone OUTSIDE to install it for you (at a fee, of course, unless you have a friend like that)
