So.. got my 8 just over 2 month ago.. got about 50,000miles on it.. have been notified by the dealer that the 2nd gear syncros are going.. if thats not bad enough.. i have been hearing this odd noise lately.. sounds like its coming from the front left.. i have heard this some what "clingy" noise.. usually short.. in the following situations..

1. Down shifting without rev matching when the revs are climbing up
2. Coming to a stop in Neutral with Brakes applied
3. When stationary engages clutch and rev
4. Reversing into a parking spot with clutch engaging and reving at the same time

now.. im not 100% sure what it is.. because i cant always reproduce it.. but one thing for sure is i have to have my driver side window rolled down and be driving in a quiet area or very echoy area to hear it.. its not loud.. but its very easy to catch it if its quiet around..

any body have this issue?
