maybe one of you can diagnose this noise?

maybe one of you can diagnose this noise?
had my mom take it to a shop and they couldn't figure it out (im in Kuwait)
while accelerating (not all the time but alot) there will be a high pitch noise in the cab. the higher the rpms, the louder the noise. but whats weird is if i mess with my AC (turn it up or down a few times) itll stop. so im guessing maybe something with my AC? just throw out anything and everything. thanks for the help

2005, 127,xxx body, 67,xxx motor. not sure of the maintenance i just got the car and trying to fix it up. cant get an audio clip im 7000 miles away, hoping someone has an idea

my guess is the clutch on your a/c compressor is either sticking or partially stuck and u switching the a/c on and off is releaseing in when u turn it back off,
that would be my best guess
