The Rmagic Shift Collar.
I stopped by the Rmagic shop when I visited Japan in January. I purchased the Shift ****, and the Shift "color" (what was probably meant to be collar). I have not seen any specific threads on this or installs or how it fits, so I did not know what to expect. So in case anyone was wondering how it fits or what it does...
Here is a video of the findings.
In conclusion.
- It will not work with the Axial Flow short throw shifter.
- It will not work with the Rmagic short throw shifter. (this was stated in the product description on japanparts)
- It will work with the stock shifter.
- It does not snap onto the shifter like the stock collars do.
- It does feel good with the stock shifter, but not as good as the axial flow.
- It cost me 3,000¥
- Their Shop is super cool.

There's nothing any different from that one than the same thing made by USA companies, except some are aluminum, some are brass or bronze, or some are stainless steel (Speedsource). All that info has been covered before on the forum too. I prefer it and the OE shifter over using a short shifter too.

Yea I have read up on them, but I personally like to try and read up on the exact product I intend on buying. I just made this in case other people feel the same way about that.

Thank you for taking time to do the video, write-up and posting a thread. Very informative. And more importantly NON-Biased.
