Replacing a wheel Stud

Does anyone know how hard it would be/ how long it would take to change the stud on a rear wheel. Something is wrong with one of mine and I keep losing a lug nut. I called the dealership and they said it is 4$ for the stud and 90$ for the labor. I really don't want to pay 90$ if it is something I can do easily myself. My brother stripped a stud one time and the Infiniti dealer (he drives a G35) did his for 10$.

Thanks
