Rear bumper won't stay on flies off on track.

Rear bumper won't stay on flies off on track.
The rear bumper guides are not all there, the retaining clips are also not all there, and the bottom part of the bumper of the plastic also is broken.
Is there someway to attach the bumper on without taking it to a shop. I can see it being repaired nicely with a plastic welder and replacing the bumper guides (200-400 Job). I don't care how ugly it really looks as long as it is on. The only thing I have found is bumper quick release. It doesn't look like it is strong enough to hold the bumper, the rear bumper almost act as a parachute at high speeds.
The only quick solution I have is to remove the bumper at the track, and daily it around with the bumper quick release.
