Angry Mazda Service Question

Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone has ever taken there car into there local Mazda service department and it has taken a month to get there car back on a transmission issue?? Because my car has been in the shop for about a month now, and now they are saying it could take a couple more days to get it done. Do you guys think this is a reasonable amount of time to get this issue solved with this transmission??

No, but I have read of a few weeks on here. A lot of it has to do with if they keep your car while ordering parts, or let you have it back until the parts arrive. A month seems excessive either way though.

Yeah, if they keep your car it could take that long. I think mine took 2 weeks or so after they ordered the parts.

You can ask for reimbursements. Say ur car's payment, cuz techincally u didnt drive ur car at all.
