HELP!!! factory alarm can't deactivate

I have a 2004 rx8, I haven't driven it for more than 4 months. The battery went dead so I replaced the battery. As soon as I connect the new battery the alarm goes off. The horn and lights are flashing.
I tried to use the remote, turned key in ignition and on driver side door, but no luck. The car will not start because the alarm is activated.
Is there anyway to bypass the alarm or do something. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Its called Engine immobilizer.

it sounds like you have a short somewhere.

Are you sure you connect your battery correctly? no fuse has blown? No rat took a bite out of your wiring harness.

and no, you CANNOT bypass the engine immobilizer.

if you cant find the problem, tow it to dealership. Where are you located ?

I'm losing my friggin mind! My Battery wouldn't keep a charge anymore, so I replaced it! Then the next thing I know it's dead again a week after. Wouldn't keep a charge etc.. The alternator is fine. So I go get my battery tested they say it's good.. So I go to to put it back on and now the frigin alarm just goes bananas!!! I seriously disconnected my horns just to try to look at the car with it on etc.. However I'm just stuck. I haven't done any electrical upgrades (stereo, speakers etc..) Stock. Just have the Greddy pipes and a cold air intake. That's it. I got the car used with no remote. I basically took over payments etc.. I didn't even know it had an alarm! Sorry if I sound stupid I'm just kinda new to this whole rx8 thing. I love the rx but this has become a headache! Is getting it towed to the dealer the ONLY option I have? I mean it it drives etc.. I'm just trying to save myself a ticket for driving with hazards to the dealer! haha..

Yes, the only option you have now is to tow your car to a dealership.

First off check and see if the previous "smart owner" add any chip or whatever **** to the ECU/MAF area.

i have the same problem
i went to jump the car and as soon as i put the key in to start it the horn goes off steady not beep beep beep like the normal alarm and the wipers are going up and down and the orange lamps are on steady. there is no power in the cab and i cant do anything
