heating winter

Hi guys,
in my country winter is not very cold. Today was -1°C and my rx8 wont heat when i drive it.
I set the temperature to 24°C but all the way i felt cold on my 60km long way. It was able to heat to around 15°C
Now techically it is heating but its weak.
Only way to make it heat is to drive it agrresively. I mean to frequently rev it not just holding 100km\h on 6gear ~ 3000rpm like i have done.

Any suggestions how to make the heating work?

I haven't seen that before.
Are you the original owner? Maybe someone tried to fix it before and reconnected it wrong?

No, the scan button on the right.
Turn the stereo on.
Push and hold the middle ****.
Then push the scan button on the right while holding the middle button down.
You should see numbers between 0-16.
0 = cold, 16 = hot.
Turn the temp. ****, it should transition through the numbers smoothly.

I could not do that. I dont have scan button on my radio there Look at the photos. The photo before was just ilustration i downloaded from internet.

So i tired all the buttons on my radio and something happened when i pushed power button + TA button. It showed me how does it registers temperature and fan setting circle rotation. But no 0 to 16 difference.

This only told me only it registers fine temp and fan cirle setting change.

I think temperature sensor might be faulty, or cooling thermostat stuck open, or rail to radiator clogged.

On photos my radio and the display with Power + TA pushed.
