Heated Seat thermometer

I know the heated seats just have a switch thats goes off the thermometer, no high and low. What if i'm hooking these up in a vehicle that did not have seats with thermometer heated seats, is there anyway to bypass this?

Go take a look and read through it, it's not real long.
