I'm looking for something similar to lithium grease the can be sprayed on a surface and when it dry's its becomes rubber like film. Is there a product like this that anyone has seen?

What is the application for this?
The only thing that comes to my mind is waterproof spray-on plaster.

I'm not sure what you are after, but what about spray undercoating or spray bed liner for pickups?

Bake-On

They also have some spray-on lacquers, if you can't bake the part.

Also in the marine stores a product called Whip End Dip (whipndip).
Not an aerosol though, sorry. But will put nice rubber coating on wrench handles or anything else you want to dip. . .

PlastiDip has spray and paint on rubber. You can find it at any Home Depot / Lowes / etc.
