Car likes to die after I gas it up.

I normally drive till I hit the yellow light at about 270-280miles then I fuel up the car. Almost every time like clock work 2 lights down the road is a huge intersection that I almost always catch the light at. Then my car dies and all the lights from the dash light up, 1 mile after fuel every time. I have just broke 11k miles and this always happens every week, if it doesn't die its cause I managed to tap the throttle when it shuttered.
I've owned 6 cars so far in my life and this is the first thats ever stalled with a full tank of gas...

The car is stock, the cap is on tight, and I don't try to force more fuel in after the pump shuts off the first time.

Is it considered "normal" for a 30k$ to die? Is this bad for the $plugs$ ??

Thanks.

No... I don't put gas in the car when its running.

It's not a bad fuel station because my g/f and friends cars run fine off it.

loose battery/alternator cable... I'd imagine it would die way more then after I put fuel in it once a week.

Where is the purge system located? Is it in side the gas tank? This does sound like what the problem could be. I was sort of guessing it had something to do with air getting in the lines or a pressure drop after opening the cap. Is this because its a returnless system?

I'm going to "try" to take it to the dealer... but if I cant figure out how to replicate the issue they more then likly will just tell me "it's not doing it for us" then I'll be sent home and still have the problem.

Oddly enough when I first purchased my 8 I had the same problem twice in about a 3 month period. Immediately after getting gas it died or threatened to die at a light while idling. The problem went away though(possibly after a flash).

What version of flash are you running, you've been in for the recalls right?

Bumpping this again... The car seems to be getting worse. Now, often when I'm sitting at a stop light the rpms drop really low and you can sort of feel the whole car shake alittle. Still tries to die after it's been gassed up.
I called a dealer and they blame it on using different gas from different gas stations, then he said "what grade do you use?" I told him 93 and he then said "is that the high grade?" He then said that I should use Shell gas cause "it's better I think?" as if he wasn't even sure. Then he asked how many miles on the car. When I told him 12k he started to tell me that I might need to get my injectors cleaned cause that needs to be done every 12k miles. I just started to play stupid, cause I didnt want to get into it with him.

Oh boy, this is going to be fun I see... I might just try to unplug the battery for a while and see what happens..

Bullshit Bullshit Bullshit

Bad Gas? ROFL !

Injectors cleaned? Guess what I got 32K on my car. Did I do it? Nooooo ~ Just dump a bottle of Redline Complete System cleaner and you'll be fine (thats what dealerships do for cleaning injectors anyway)

Clean your MAF, thats the way baby.
