Buttons on the Steering wheel

Hi all,
i have a question about buttons on the sterring wheel. The 8 sold here in Italy has only buttons on the left side to control the radio. I noticed other markets spec has right side buttons, but i can't read over them to get the function. What they are for? Maybe Cruise control? I'm thinking some option that isn't aviable here...

They are for the cruise control. Here in the states, it appears like the RX8 will get the same steering wheel as the Mazda 6.
