Any porting guru's here ?

Hi guys, any of you porting experts willing to give me some advice on an issue I have ?

exhaust ports, I've gone a little further than I wanted.

No not like that, I'm concerned about the corner seal not having enough support, it doesn't have much to start with on the outer lower section, but when I was cleaning that area I appear to have gone too much. I'll try get some pictures.

Ok see the below pic where I have circled, I believe this area is where the corner seal will eventually hit after time, I think I have taken too much off ?

The corner seal runs along the outer edge red line. Side seals will be running along that spot.

I cant tell clearly but it looks like you took out some material on the inside edge of the port. You should not do that. You don't want to go into that inside travel path. Which is normally pretty clear in used irons.

I did a little yes but only to where the oil control ring runs, I didn't go in to that area, my only concern is the circled area.

Well im no expert at all but it looks ok to me. Set a housing on there with the dowel pins and post a pic like that.

ummm i did that's the outer scribe mark running parallel with the red line, you can see where the corner seals runs from the above pic ?

Install the stationary gear in the iron pus a layer of grease on the face, put down a rotor housing, put in a rotor with corner seals and side seals and e shaft, and turn the assembly so you can see where the side seal goes
