tubo question

Does anyone have the exact numbers what the greddy turbo gives you both in the engine and in the rear? Also, is the greddy turbo the best one you put in auto rx-8, is there a better turbo then that, or should you stick with the greddy turbo? Keep me posted guys!

There aren't any US marketed turbo kits available for the automatic, but Greddy will work if you tune it. You'll probably need larger primary injectors. Re-Amemiya has one in Japan, but it's big $$$. Any particular reason you want a turbo? There's a couple supercharger kits coming next year that will be tuned for the auto, out of the box.

I only know of one person with the Greddy on an AT, but no dyno numbers. He did shave a couple of seconds off the 0-60. There's a thread further down this section.

the Japanese one as mention with a the whole new manifold back set up Dynoed at 290bhp from the 210 stock on a graph!

and its not that expensive its about £3k or $5400 thats with the larger injectors, i have been very tempted to get one shipped but with news of new ones coming out next year i will wait til they are avalible over here.....as i dont speak Japanese and taking that car to japna to get fixed would cost just a little!
