Power steering disassembly?

Power steering disassembly?
Does anyone know how or have a diagram of a power steering unit disassembly. I need to replace the steering rod? I think. The bar that connects to the tie rod ends. It is cut off and need a new one and don't feel like dishing out 300 bucks for a new one.
