Exhaust and Intake Miles Per Gallon
I have a completely Performance stock 05 A/T besides different tires and brake pads.
Anyway I was looking to get a Borla Exhaust system and an After market Intake
I wanted to know what kind of MPG people are getting with just an exhaust upgrade and also with both an exhaust and intake upgrade.

Original Turbo 'd Auto !!
I really don't think you will see that much change. The motor will flow a little better, but thats about all.
Now on the flipside so about the same cost, I do think you will see a more noticible change if you go with the BHR ingition or the Mazsport ingition upgrade.
The spark output the OEM system isn't that great.
I know you were asking about the Exhust and intake.. just wanted to offer an option.

As 09factor said. I don't think you'll notice any increase. I have Mazdaspeed cat back and a catless midpipe. I went from 16 to 17 mpg. Whether that was due to the exhaust or not I don't know. as far as I'm concerned, you won't see any measurable gains from intake and exhaust.
