I have the kmr bridge template.
The intake ports are decently larger, seemed easy to do the intake ports. The exhaust was a pain. When it seems like your making progress, bam u hit a water Jacket.

The exhaust side is opened up a good bit.

did you "slant" or "angle" the bottom of the exhaust port? I feel like (from the pics I saw) it opens up earlier(duration) but doesn't exactly add a lot of "lift"(sorry for the piston term) depth to the port. Pictures of your work would be nice

Only thing I could think of with the SSV was to make like a duralin or polyurethane spacer and space it out a little. It's the dashpot arm that technically chatters. If you touch it with your finger, then it stops making noise. I never got around to doing it, and I'm really bored with the engine. It's going 20b as soon as the new adaptronics ECUs are out that are full standalone with OBD2 support (I was given the estimate of next year by the NA rep). So I'm not going to mess with it anymore than I have to right now.

I'm thinking of holding the ssv open slightly by fitting a stopper to it instead of the switch. Have you tried holding it open slightly to see what differece that makes to idle tone ?
Also , I'll be running high ethanol content so no worries with valve contamination.

I feel your pain. I have an end plate I'm debating on welding up right now.

Template is pretty decent. Not a lot of work done on the secondaries and Aux ports. Primary is quite a bit larger. Exhaust port is HUGE. Get a trashed end plate to play with. Trust me

Sounds awesome I have a couple of thrashed plates.
However I will be doing this to a 4 port low power engine that's most common here in Denmark.
Will be running haltech standalone
