RX8 Turbo Question

Is there a functioning turbo that I can hookup to the stock rotary?

Yes, there are a lot of options on turbo kits but there is even more research you need to do. This forum is full of information and helpfull people but if you want help and answers you will need to put in some time and effort searching and reading threads.

Unless you want people to come on here and post sarcastic and or rude comments, I suggest you delete this thread, do your research, research some more, post in other existing threads and after you have more specific technical questions for which you cant find answers too, then you can start a thread. Chances are, that all the questions you have, have already been answered a dozen times.

Good luck.

Nothing needs to be done to the engine for any turbo system on the market.

It would be rather stupid to put a turbo kit on a worn out engine

Actually, my way of thinking is exactly the opposite.

The way I figure it, most people venturing into boost for the first time on this car are going to make mistakes along the way. So why inflict that on a perfectly good engine?
Get the bugs worked out and push it hard to get the tuning right. If you pop the motor, you popped a motor on its way out, anyway.

I agree and suggest people go one step further and get a spare motor ready from the begining.
