@yurcivicsux Yeah man the MS bumper was a mega pain in the *** to get across the border... but totally worth it

Dial up your filter cone size here, then it should link to the cover for that filter:

Just a quick walkaround I did the other night. Sorry about the video size, it was obviously shot from an iPhone.

Guess I'll go for my yearly update! This summer I installed MS sides (authentic to match the authentic bumper), Koni struts, EBC slotted rotors, EBC green stuff pads, then changed over to NGK R6725-105 spark plugs in all 4 spots and got a full retune done by Brettus. I was planning on getting a nice new set of Enkei's this summer but plans changed with my wedding coming up this fall, so those will have to wait till the spring.
Happy to report that the car is driving better than it has in a long time with my Greddy EBC dialed in to peak at 9psi. I am finally getting to enjoy driving what feels like a finished product rather than a work in progress for a change.

Glad to see you're still toying with your car! I wish I could have kept mine and had the chance to get her up with FI, but all good things must end lol.
I posted this in the calling all ly thread, but your car is looking awesome! It's my fave ly so far! I still have the ms rear and wing, should you be interested in the future. I won't be available to sell them for at least a year, as I'm away with work. Food for thought
Anywho, good luck with your wedding Jesse! Keep in touch!

The rear is definitely something that would peak my interest later down the road, but as it stands now I don't think the stock rear bumper takes anything away from the rest of the kit so it's not priority on my radar. If I ever do anything with the wing it would be just to remove this one and leave the trunk flush, so don't hold onto that wing on accounts of me by any means!
And yeah Gregs, Brett is amazing to work with. I've been in contact with him over the last couple years in regards to my tuning (there was a winter storage and some long shifts away from home for work bundled in there) and he has always been prompt to reply and patient with some of the newb *** questions I find myself asking
I'd recommend him to anybody out there going FI without a second thought!

Spring is just around the corner.... figured I'd order myself an early birthday present....
18" x 9.5" +30mm, planning to mount 255/35/R18 tires. Will need a fender roll and probably some minor tab trimming.

In due time, they haven't shipped yet and there is still snow on the ground here!
Do you mean 265/35-18?
I'm currently on S-Techs and Koni Yellows; am I really low? No but with the softer spring rates I believe a roll will be necessary. I've chatted a little bit with Rx8inSTL since he has the exact same wheel specs and he said he needed to roll fenders and do a minor bumper tab trim; he's on a set of PSS9's, potentially sitting lower than me but I don't know that.
I've crunched some numbers, actually using the specs of your setup because I know you have flush looking wheels without having to go crazy on the fender/wheel well work. With 255/35's and my offset the outside edge of my front tires should sit 1mm closer to the center of the car than yours while the inside face of my front tires will sit 5mm further from the center of the car than stock. (Assuming you have 245/35/19's)
In the rear my set up will sit exactly the same as yours except the entire wheel will be offset 3mm closer to the center of the car (assuming you have 255/35/19's). Of course the overall diameter of my wheels will be 1in less; this means that from the center of the face of my front hub to the inside corner of the tire I will be approximately 4.5mm shorter than yours and from the hub to the outside corner approximately 10mm shorter.
Now I understand there are some obvious errors in the fact that different tire brands have slightly different dimensions and in all my calculations I've treated the wheels like they are perfectly square blocks; but overall I think these tires should sit pretty damn flush while giving me some room for error with the springs/struts I have and not having to deal with much rubbing.
With all this being said I have not purchased tires yet but am leaning heavily to this size unless someone can prove to me otherwise that 265/35/18's will fit with little to no rubbing and only requires a fender roll and some minor DIY trimming.
Pic of the same wheels and tire specs on Rx8inSTL's car for reference:

Haha yes these are Enkei's too; very similar to the RP03's which I also looked at but I went with these instead because of the smaller offset meaning more concavity to the rim face and a bit more flush to the fenders. I just moved to Edmonton and I'm am currently living the Apartment life.... which means no garage, so all my tools are in storage. Getting the body shop to slap the wheels on when they roll the fenders, but I'm not booked in till June 2nd! 1 LOOOOONG month to go....

Need some help diagnosing this.....
- filled up at a little hole in the ground gas station in the middle of nowhere.
- after pumping fuel realized there was some type of oil all over the pump nozzle getting on my hands, so a bit skeptical of the fuel I got
- drove about 50kms then this started happening
- fuel pressure slowly drops as in the video till it hits zero then car dies
- I then crank the car a few times over 10-15mins then the fuel pressure will shoot back up to 55-60psi and hold steady for another 20 mins or so before doing this all over again.......
Was driving home from work, about a 2 hour drive all highway and it died on me 4 times.
Can this be caused by bad fuel or is this signs of my fuel pump dying (which is a deatchwerks 200 with approx 5000kms on it only)??
Any help would be grateful, going to limp it to a dealership this morning as I have no tools or garage after a recent move to a new city.

So I drove it to the dealership, car ran perfectly fine at 60psi. Now when I hit boost pressure jumps up to 62-64psi and AFR's peg at 10.0...... I'll see what the dealership turns up but this is effing with my mind!

Some relief in the fact that everything is still in running order:
Got a call from the dealership. They took a sample of my fuel first thing after I told them about when I filled it up. Turns out the fuel is pink, will not dissolve a styrofoam cup, and will not ignite with a lighter held up to it........
Getting a fuel system flush and it should be good to go. Voltages to my fuel pump and ignition system check out and all my fuel lines are still in good shape.
