do i need this part

i was going throught the box of extra parts from the greddy turbo install an i came across this. i have been having a/f, and fuel delivery problems. not sure if i should reinstall it. yes the car has been tuned by turbotrix in highland park nj

I think that is the vacuum solenoid/canister that controls the low speed/high speed intake tract flap near the OE airbox, it was probably eliminated with turbo install
