80mm throttle body question

I was just wondering how many people that are running a 80mm throttle body and would it be worth it to swap my stock one out for it.

I am not sure if it is worth it(unless you are going FI). Bigger is not always better. I mean your motor can only flow so much.
I'm running ported stock throttle body + ported LIM on a street port and am pretty happy with the results.
How much mm is the stock throttle body? I have never measured mine..

I believe the stock is a 70mm I plan on going fi I was looking at the throttle response part of it, because with the drive by wire system. it's accurate but at time it seems like there may be a delay.

Since you're planning on going FI then it'll be better to switch to a 80mm throttle body.
If I remember correctly JETS3T8 is running a custom 80mm throttle body conversion to standard throttle cable.

I seen there pics on there site which are nice I was just trying to speed up the response time in the throttle to prevent lag in all areas.

just dont go off porting your TB yourself ... contrary to popular belief there is more involved than just grinding away a few mm off the inner wall.

You can alter the throttle pedal position vs throttle blade position response in the Cobb Accesstuner Race program, but I'm not sure what lag issue you are actually referring to?
