Fuel system goes in this Thursday, street test/tune this weekend. Next week Dyno. I'll have video of the car to show Saturday or next Monday.

Car is running beautiful. KyoRad installed and running a few degrees cooler in this balmy low 90 degree weather we have been having in FL lately.

Just saw the build with RA super seals. Motor will not last as the seals will tear up the housings in short order. Premix might help but doubt it. Not hating but been there.

Update : We went to Titan Motorsports and used their dyno. Unfortunately the car made as low as 177 whp to 450 whp and everything in between. The dyno was seriously off. By the time the tech came back, Titan had to close their doors.

On a high note, my tuner was able to get 15.5 lbs of boost safely. And I still have plenty of fuel to go at least 18-20lbs. The dual 250 WB FP are working flawlessly.

In 2-3 more weeks we go back to the dyno. The car pulls from 2200 to 9000 effortlessly. As a test I lined up my '08 Lexus GS 350, 303 HP on tap it runs consistent 13.9'-14'0's. With my tuner behind the wheel of my Rx-8, I am happy to say my Rx-8 put about 2 bus lengths on my Gs. From a dig or a roll my 8 just pulls hard.

From that sloppy bridge port build to this , it's a contrast all the way around!

177WHP-450WHP? Sounds legit..... Got any video? Looks like you are running a tad bit rich.

At first it was running very rich, then he dialed it in for 11's AFR , the meth kicks in at 12lbs of boost. I have video of him dialing in the AFR, I'll try an post it.

Tuner was dialing in the AFR's, that was about 3/4 throttle. When he was going full throttle my buddy forgot to video tape it. Next dyno session I'll get some WOT pulls.

Thanks! Will see what he can do, if he can't get farther then what he has already made, I am fine with that. The only reason why he didn't go further is becaus Titan had to close shop. The car is very fun to drive and is plenty fast for the street as is. Anything extra would be a fringe benefit.

I forgot to mention I am also running all 6 ports with this setup. Most guys who run turbo have to run 4 ports.

Would be very surprised if you actually get 15.5psi at 8000+ rpm doing that with your smallish turbo .IF you do ... your IATs must be very high !
But I don't mind being proved wrong

Actually I make 15.5 psi at 7900, lol. I am
Not to sure about the IAT. My EGT was a little on the high side before I added the meth injection. Once my tuner had the meth set up, the EGT came down considerably!

You think a 5558 is small? It's not huge and it's not tiny. It's a mid range turbo. The PT 5558 is rated for 35 psi and 650 whp max.I know I never will see that on a Renesis. But I also know that I am not even close to maxing out this turbo where I am in the tuning phase.

590 actually (just checked their site) optimistic Precision piston flywheel hp ...............
Covert that to realistic Renesis rotary whp and you are looking at more like 360 (and blowing really hot air while doing it ) .......

It's not to big, .81 something, have to look at the box it came in again. Which is not infront of me at the moment.

Brettus also I have a large jet to inject the meth to cool the air down further, also my IC is getting fresh air piped in from the front of the car. We designed a shroud to keep the cooler fresh air from going up and over the IC.

If you like a video of the car hitting 15.5 PSI I can provide it. I also hit 15.5 psi at 3000 rpm.

15.5 psi is barely over A pressure ratio of 2. So to hit 450 you would be 225 at the rear wheels before the turbo, and that's figuring no thermal losses or the volume of meth. Each of those are highly unlikely, all 3 at the same time would make it a unicorn.

Who said I hit 450? Where are you pulling this number from? Where are you going with this?
