Why are my Bose Speakers Different?

I blew my front left woofer and I have a 2006 RX8 Shinka. It has the bose system and I just assumed replace the speaker with one pulled from a junk yard. I didn't want to spend the hassle or money on putting aftermarket in the car since the woofers aren't easily replaceble with aftermarket. So I did my research on here and purchased the replacements. Took the door panel off today and though the basic woofer design looks the same, the speaker is entirely different. It looks like the amp is integrated with the speaker and the plug in is different than that of the replacements I have. Is this because it is a Shinka? I've been searching and searching and I can't find any pictures of the speakers that are in my car or any information on them. I would really like to replace it, and I'm scared to even know what the dealer is going to ask for one. If I replace it with aftermarket my understanding is that it would be best to just replace the whole system. Headunit, speakers, and amp.

Below is a picture of the replacements I purchased and then the picture of the speaker that is in my car. Any information would be helpful.

i ran into the same issue. I have an 04, and i got an 06 speaker off someone, and it wont work, different connectors, dunno why, and if there is any way to get the 06 speaker to work on the 04, my current speaker just keeps cutting out.
