I have 2 dvc 10's, 1500watts, hit in the 140's and my car doesn't rattle. We used a single layer of dynamat extreme underneath the factory piece of carpet, (which we modified anyway) and I used weather stripping (the stuff most people use on a house that sticks on one side) on my license plate, my car is all sound and no rattle. We have my system designed to use the trunk as part of its enclosure, and I haven't had near the issues I've seen descibed so just be smart with your box and where you place the deadening material and you should be fine.
