surround sound.

FOr sure I have to have a dvd or a ps2 in my rx-8. I am considering the grand touring package and my question is... since it has 9 speaker on the car, will it sound like a home theater when I am watching my movies.

No, the factory systems will not have a surround decoder.

does anybody know if factory nav systems are able to play movies? I would assume that they will have some kind of lockout feature if the car is moving but it would be cool if the system was capable of playing video.

Thanks, I did spot another thread answering my question. The quick search I did didn't catch it for some reason.
