Question StreetPilot 2720 and more...

Guys/gals..

I'm looking into getting an aftermarket GPS for my 8 but I dont have a clue whats good or not AND I dont know how or where I would install it...

Do anyone of you know of the 2720? Is it a solid model? Also, how many of you have an aftermarket GPS installed? Where did ya put it, and do ya have pictures of it installed?

Any help would greatly be appreciated!!!

Thanks!

I'm using the 2720 with the traffic receiver. I find that it works great. Much better than my wife's factory nav in her Infiniti.

If I get a chance I'll take some pix, but I'm swamped these days.

Go to gpspassion.com and you can find a whole lot more on the forums there and some pix.

I also like the fact that Garmin continually releases software updates that really improve the unit.

I've got the same model. I love it! And the updates are a big help. Go to Garmin's website for lots of useful info and pics.
