Now that rx8Strakes makes a cover for the stock shifter,(RX8strakes)http://www.rx8strakes.com/index.asp?...ROD&ProdID=340 does anyone think its possible to make a stock shifter into an illuminated one? All we would need is to drill a hole in original face of the shifter put a led all the way into it and cover it with a stock looking gear indicator with the new kind of cover over it. Does anyone have any ideas as to how or where to get that done? Ive seen these little stickers online and maybe that place would do them. The only problem would be that the sticker would need to be able to have light shown through it. Maybe if enough people were interested we can start a group buy. Who knows. all I want is an illuminated shift **** that wont cost anywhere near 200 Bux. Honestly how much would one led and a sticker cost to achieve the same look as the after market option.

who the hell looks at their shifter when shifting? i have a vodoo piano black **** on there now.. no numbers at all.
