I don't know about it being beat, but I could possibly burn u one. It is a bit Pricey for me to do. I may be able to share a torrent with u as well if u want to do it. It requires a dual layer DVD. I used to sell them and light scribe a personal design for u but as of right now I don't have that ability. Let me know what u want. Also, in order to play movies u need an input box, cost about $300. I wish there was a cheap easy way to do this but as far as I know u can't do it any other way.

I believe there's a free system update, discussed in a thread in the interior and electronics forum.

There's just been one map update, which I believe retailed for about $200. You might look on Navteq's site to see if they've budged on price. The update would now be a couple of years old, which kind of reduces its value. I just sprang for a lifetime map update for my 2 year old Garmin...ARRA has rebuilt enough interchanges that old nav maps are a problem.

There was a thread in which some of us that got the map shared disc images. Search for it. I lost the share site I's been using or I'd just give you the URL.
