LiL BenNy's on going gauge pod project! (might take a while)
soooo i decided to make my own gauge pod... since i have he nav and there isnt a gauge pod available thats compatabile with it.
soooooooo here is step one. position of the gagues! right now they are taped on with the universal mounts etc. the will be fiberglassed in (molded shape) and a blue finish. ricey? maybe idc.
(attention this project will probably be ongoing for months. just like my trunk for those who know me.. hehehe i start projects and get lazy to finish... lol...)
here are pics, tell me what you think... are they angled too much to the left? etc...

they aren't angled too much. but i think it's just to busy there being behind the navi. one idea would be to custom fiberglass the gauges to the dash instrument pod on the side. but if u chose to keep it right there then do the molded shape but no blue finish. just my opinion

I think Ngo has the right idea...I did see a JDM one made to fit over the dash panel but it was made for only right handed drivers...
if you could make one like that....it would be really sweet especially in cf...
there's a pic in the RB gauge pod thread...
