Installing A Subwoofer and Amp, Looking for help with wiring

I've viewed this thread:
https://www.rx8club.com/do-yourself-...-system-30579/

I'm trying to figure how i'm going to wire my switched 12v, and I'm not sure about the correct wire to use. I see he mentions the pink and black, but I'd like some confirmation. I can wire the speaker level input at the rear left and right, assuming that the information in the thread above is correct. Thanks for any help you can give.

It's in the FAQ
https://www.rx8club.com/interior-aud...-first-226065/

Pink/Black is specifically mentioned. And after the Bose amp would be the same thing as at the rear speakers.

lol your past bunch of posts in this part of the forum have been links to the FAQ. Sometimes makes me wonder if people even read stickies any more...

You're telling me. It won't let me type the title in all CAPS, but I used exclamation points! lol

I wish we could make the title larger font and flashing.

And I'd be all for a 5 post requirement before new users are allowed to create a new topic.

More than just 5 posts, or maybe you gotta wait until 1 month after you create an account before you can create threads. Then again that would lead to a LOT more thread jacking lol

I didn't see the FAQ thread and this site has been relatively difficult for me to navigate as it is. I'm sorry for offending those of you that have such superior minds and thought processes. I didn't mean to force you into wasting your time with a new person's questions.

You did seem to have a small chuckle at the idea of new members being limited in their abilities to participate on the website, so maybe this wasn't such a huge waste of your mental resources if you at least got some enjoyment out of kicking around the new guy.

Calm down new guy. You're welcome to ask all the questions you want. It's just as Rorschach said, all of my previous posts were just pointing people to the FAQ thread at the top of the forum. We don't get a ton of action in this subsection, and more than half of it is new people asking the same 4-5 questions over and over and over and over again. I appreciate that you were able utilize some info from that old topic from 04. Certainly more than a lot of people do.

The FAQ contains quite a bit of info, but is far from all-encompassing. Let us know if you need any more help.
