installing Jensen VM9311TS tv stereo/please HELP!!

ok so i have everything connected but im missing the red, black and yellow wires, im reading the manual but its kinda complicated, i know the red i can connect it with positive battery terminal the black to ground but the yellow i dont know where?, and do i really need that switch? as shown on manual, thanks in advance for your help


btw this is not for my rx8, is actually my dd a honda del sol

You should NOT connect red to the battery terminal. Red is a switched 12V ignition wire. Yellow is constant 12V. Black is ground.

It sounds to me like you should be taking this to a professional.

i used to have that same one in my old car...it works pretty well...Have you found the walkthrough on how to program it to override the e-brake? Theres a code you can put in that saves you the trouble.

ha yeah i used to sell them to for Circuit City....jensen's are alright for the money, this one in particular has some good video quality but the menu screens are downright ugly and the sound quality is just ok. But the fact that it flips out gets cool points right there.
