I don't have satellite in my car, but is there a built in fm transmitter in my rx8? I have a satellite button. I was asking this because it is possible to turn my psp into a fm transmitter.

If not, what do satellite radios use to send information?

Whoah dude.. I think you in a little over your head here..

I think you should start by looking up what an FM Transmitter is and how it works - do the same for satellite radio -- try howstuffworks.com

and then do some reading up on what the RX8 has to offer - all radios have a SAT button whether they have the actual receiver or not (most don't)

and then when you figure out exactly what you want to do with your PSP -- first search around because it has probably been covered before (use the search button at the top) and if you can't find it there then ask us - and be very specific about what you have and what you want to do.

no, there is no built in FM transmitter in your rx8... there does happen to be a built in FM reciever though... that's that big thing called the "radio" lol
