With lumbar support partially or completely deflated, my seat back clicks/snaps when I am pushed into the seat with vigorous acceleration. It is something in the lumbar area, between the leather outer covering and the seat back. It feels like a piece of metal snapping from convex to concave, if you know what I mean. It is not a click coming from the seat frame or the entire seat back. Just the lumbar area. The dealership said all the 8 seats do that.
I can reproduce this by getting out of the car and pressing in the high lumbar area with my hand. It goes away with the lumbar support fully inflated.
Does anyone know how the lumbar support area actually works (what is the mechanics that make up the inflatable lumbar support.) Does it have a stiff piece of plastic or metal in it that I am feeling, or what is responsible for this annoyance? Are you other owners noticing this or can you reproduce this?

Yes, mine does this as well. It sounds like the inflatagle bag is rubbing on the outer leather, making a "rubbing baloon" sound. At least, that's what mine sounds like.
