Airbag problem

hello

so i switched my 06 black/black interior for an 04 black/chaprall interior, so during the tear down i found many differences

but anyways i had to take off the steering wheel, which required taking out the airbags, after i put them back on, they airbag signal light turns on, blinks a couple of times, goes off and comes back on again. Also my passenger side airbag light stays on now indicating that the airbag is turned off. I havent checked all connections yet, and i have to take off the steering wheel again anyways to reinstall it properly centered (its off by a little right now), so i will check that out, but initially

does anyone have an idea?

also my traction light comes on now after a few minutes of driving and wont turn off, though it doesnt feel any different and i cant switch dcs off.

Thanks!

Did you try resetting it since you disconnected the battery?

I believe it is...

1) Turn the key to on
2) Depress the brake pedal rapidly 20 times in a row until the oil pressure gauge sweeps to halfway and back again.

It's been awhile since I tinkered with an 8. but I'm pretty sure that's it.
