05 or 06 headunit in an 04

I am about to purchase an 04 and really want to have the factory integrated sirius. Can I install a headunit from an 05 or 06 and get the feed back on the lcd?

I heard someone say in here once that you couldn't? But I'm not sure.. I guess you would have to remove the whole headunit. Who knows..

Ask a dealership. I would say no since it wasn't set up for it. Nothing beats controlling from the wheel and not having to worry about an fm modulator and changing freqs.
