Rear trunk lip spoiler from eBay - Seller: amebawings
Anyone have experiences with this eBay seller's replica rear trunk lip spoiler?
It seems reasonable for $149.95 painted and shipped. A good amount of positive feedback. Pics from ad.

I think the pics of the spoiler must be the actual product. I was comparing it to the Mazda one and it is a bit smaller all around then the stock one and kicks up at end. Depends on what you like and how much you want to pay.

^^ That's how the authentic lip spoiler looks and fits.. I would try and find out if it's double-sided tape you will have to use or if it's a clip on like the authentic.

Ive put this in my Items to Watch cart many times over, from browsing his other items it seems fairly legit. Even if you had to modify it slightly it wouldnt be that big of a deal its only a lip spoiler so theres not much there that would need to be adjusted if its slightly off...
I almost bought this again to fit underneath my GTO wing much like the base thats under the MS wing...
I say go for it and tell us how well it fits...

I messaged four people on eBay who bought the RX-8 one. Mentioned RX8club.com in the message as well.
One of the people who bought it is an RX8 club member. Said he had some pics and was happy with the spoiler. Haven't heard back, but would like to see the pics.
Edited my original post to include picture of stock Mazda spoiler. eBay wing is smaller.

Yeah the eBay one needs to come closer to the edge of the trunk. But the Mazda one is outrageous in price. Someone who bought one liked it though.

There is also this seller with this spoiler for the same price. I am awaiting a response for more pics and the return policy. The wing looks slightly different, a little longer and less upright at the end. I prefer it over the other one which seems shorter and more upright. But who knows what you'll end up getting in the end.

That's the closest pic I've seen of it - thanks. I got a quote for $400 something from a discount Mazda dealer. Ouch.
I know these are aftermarket and don't look quite as good as the Mazda one, but its also a heck of a lot cheaper.
